Who we are
The Fafarua motu has been in my family for several generations, but hasn't been inhabited since I started making this remote wilderness paradise our favorite vacation spot.
For over 15 years we've worked to clean it up and build our house, year after year, with the greatest respect for the environment.
As a retired flight attendant, I've traveled to many countries as well as all over Polynesia. Coming from an old Tahitian family, I know everything about French Polynesia and our atoll of Tikehau, and enjoy sharing my knowledge with visitors.
I hope to give our guests the opportunity to experience something very different from the usual travel experience.
Receiving only one couple or a limited group at a time, has allowed total privacy and gives us the opportunity to offer a very personalized service. We invite our guests to let us know, as soon as they have booked, if there is anything special we can prepare or organize to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
My wish is for our customers to feel, day after day, not only the incomparable beauty of the place, or the stress-free comfort of our home and service, but also the authentic contact with our environment and our Polynesian art of living.
